Synopsis:

DRAW arc x1,y1,r1,r2,r3,r4, Target$

Description:

This command will draw a arc on Target$. Target$ has to be either a valid view, bitmap or canvas. 

At default it will draw a filled arc in the current highcolor. With the draw set command you can change the filling settings.

x1 and y1 Center of Arc
r1 and r2 this is for the radius of the arc
r3 for the angle 
r4 for the span

The arc starts at angle and streches along the ellipse for span degrees, where angular coordinates are measured counterclockwise with 0 degrees on the right.
